Refund policy

• If you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to help
• Refund claims will be entertained within 72 hours of delivery
• Only damaged products are eligible for return
• The product you return must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
• In case of damaged goods, after verifying the claim and receiving the product, the same product will be dispatched again if it is in stock 
• In case the damaged article is not in stock, the full amount paid for the article will be refunded
• Shipping costs for returning the item will be born by the customer
• The amount paid for damaged/wrong articles will be refunded via bank transfer
