- Refund claims will be entertained within 72 hours of delivery
- Only damaged products are eligible for return
- The product you return must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
- In case of damaged goods, after verifying the claim and receiving the product, the same product will be dispatched again if it is in stockÂ

Shipping costs for returning the item will be born by the customer
- The amount paid for damaged/wrong articles will be refunded via bank transfer
